Equality and Diversity

As of 2018 GDC registrants must complete their 50 hours CPD covering the 4 development outcomes. This course will fail under the categories A, B and D. This course provides 3 hours of enhanced CPD. This course covers all the information required to meet the General Dental Council standards and covers the following: - Regulations and polices that are in place regarding equality and diversity. - The affect a diverse workforce can have on staff morale. - Strategies to ensure confidence with staff and the public regarding equality and diversity. - Equality act 2010 - GDC development outcomes A, B and D
